Credit Repair in the United States

Financial Services · Multilingual Website

The challenge

A partner agency based in the United States / Miami was hired by a credit repair company to renew its digital presence. The agency needed a reliable technical partner to:

  • Improve the user experience: the existing site was hard to navigate, with disorganized content that made it difficult for potential clients to find the information they needed.
  • Optimize the SEO hierarchy without losing rankings: the client already had search rankings that needed to be maintained and strengthened. The content reorganization had to follow a clear SEO strategy to avoid affecting organic traffic.
  • Organize multiple services and content: the site needed to clearly and accessibly structure services, guides, support, team, certifications, and a credit card offers area.
  • Stand out from the competition: a competitor analysis was needed to frame the different products and services into main categories that highlighted the company's differentiators.

The solution

As the subcontracted development agency, our role was to take the agency's strategy and turn it into a functional, well-structured, SEO-optimized website.

  • Strategic content reorganization: we restructured the entire site's content into clear, logical sections — Services (main categorization of the offering), Guides (educational content for users), Support (help and contact area), Team (professional team presentation), Certifications (credibility and backing), and a dedicated section for credit card offers.
  • SEO optimization without losing rankings: we carried out a careful SEO migration, preserving key URLs and correctly redirecting old content to the new structure. We optimized the heading hierarchy, meta tags, and internal linking structure to improve SEO without affecting existing traffic.
  • Competitor analysis and differentiation: we researched the main competitors to see how they structured their offerings. This let us frame the client's products and services into main categories that highlighted their differentiators in the market.
  • Strategic blog addition: we added a blog section so the client could post categorized news and updates. This offloaded non-essential content from the main menu, keeping navigation clean and focused on conversion.
  • Multilingual site: we built the site in multiple languages to serve the United States / Miami market, making sure the content was accessible to different audiences.
  • Collaborative work and weekly meetings: the project stretched to 5 months because the client struggled to pin down the most important content for their business. We held weekly meetings with their team to guide them toward the right structure, eventually reaching consensus and a clear navigation.
